Arsenal News - A story of three defenders

Ashley Cole has once again shown his true colours.

He has come out and said he hopes Man City finish above Arsenal in doing so getting fourth place.

Well Ashley I hope someone breaks your leg, you little twat.

In other news Arsenal’s mystery man Pedro Botelho is about to join Celta Vigo on loan for a season.

Pedro has spent the last two years at Salamanca gaining experience and helping to qualify for a Spanish passport. Pedro is primarily a left back who can also play on the wing. He has performed impressively but has had a number of disciplinary issues in his time at Salamanca, including arguments with the coach. Hopefully another loan stint this time at Vigo will ease any concerns over his attitude and see Pedro return to Arsenal ready to compete for a first team place.

Another mystery Arsenal defender Havard Nordveit is pining for a loan move to Germany.

Havard joined us a couple of years ago with a growing reputation as one of the finest young centre backs in European football. However after an injury hit first season he was sent out on loan to Salamanca, which for a variety of reasons didn't really work out. He moved on to Lillestrom in January and has made steady progress ever since. His loan spell with Lillestrom is due to expire on August 1st and a loan move to Bundesliga side Nurnberg is in the offing. I’m hoping this one comes off and he goes to Germany and gains some vital first team experience.

More Tomorrow....
